Tonda stuck with us the entire time. It was a harder process as we were selling our home after leaving the state. Tonda took care of everything that came up and then some. She was great at communicating and kept the process moving. We have bought and sold with Tonda twice now and I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Tricia is the best!! Throughout the selling process she was available at all times and very helpful. Also a great person it was a joy to get to know Tricia and trust she was working for us and our best interest!

This team sold our house for $35k over list price in three days! Theresa kept us informed throughout the whole process. She paid attention to our wishes. With her help we were able to find the house that we were looking for and sell our house for much more than we thought and quickly.

Judy was always available. She did meet our daughter to look at a house more than once as we lived out of town. My wife flew into town on short notice to look at a property and Judy spent just about all day with her and our son-in-law. She even arranged for another realtor friend of hers to show us a property on a day when she was attending a family funeral. Very responsive answering our text messages and phone calls. Knowledge about all the areas we were interested in. Also kept us on track making sure we were ready for our closing.

Diane was great. Any questions we had were answered. She was very professional and knew what to do thru the whole process. What ever we needed she was there for us. She was very easy to work with. Was happy she was are realtor.

We had an excellent experience working with Rich (and Dana). Since we were looking at multiple properties, they arranged online showings of several homes, which made the process extremely convenient. Communication was always excellent and prompt, and our questions were answered thoroughly and quickly. What we appreciated most was that Rich was not simply focused on helping us purchase a home. He took the time to perform comparable property (comp) analysis and helped us understand whether a property was reasonably priced. He also pointed out potential flaws and concerns with some of the homes we were considering and, when appropriate, advised us against buying them. We truly felt that our best interests were being put first. Even after the purchase was completed, Rich remained willing to help and answer questions whenever we needed assistance. That level of continued support really demonstrated how much they cared about their clients beyond simply closing the deal. Rich's professionalism, responsiveness, market knowledge, honesty, and dedication made the entire home-buying process much easier and gave us confidence in our decisions. We are very grateful for all their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. We would definitely work with them again!

She knew all about the neighborhood the houses around and was always willing to share ideas of what could be done with each room in the house
